SP Concept was founded by two builders who came up through the trades before they ever sat in a design meeting. They spent years on jobsites watching good projects get compromised by poor coordination between designers, general contractors and specialty trades.

The firm was built around a single idea: renovations run better when design, trades and project management sit in the same room. Today, SP Concept delivers residential and commercial work across the Greater Montreal area with one project lead per client and a fixed roster of specialists on every job.
